Tournament Registrations / Team Auctions

• Registration or team auction fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of registration, provided the tournament has not yet started.

Event Tickets / Passes (if applicable)

• Cancellations requested before the event date may be eligible for a refund, subject to committee approval.
• No refunds will be processed once the event has started.

Merchandise / Products

• Only defective or wrong items delivered are eligible for replacement or refund.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
