Welcome to Mini IPL – Chembarasanapalli. By participating in or attending our tournament, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are designed to ensure fair play, safety, and an enjoyable experience for players, organizers, and spectators.
1. Participation Rules
- All players must register through the official committee before the tournament begins.
- Player auctions and team selections are final and cannot be disputed.
- Players must follow the tournament format, rules, and umpire decisions at all times.
- Any form of misconduct, abusive language, or unfair play will result in immediate disqualification.
- Registration fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability before confirming your registration.
2. Match Regulations
- Matches will be played under T20-style rules with tennis balls.
- Umpire decisions are final and binding.
- Players are expected to arrive on time for scheduled matches; delays may lead to forfeiture.
- Safety gear (such as gloves, pads, and helmets where necessary) is recommended and should be used responsibly.
3. Audience & Supporters
- Spectators must maintain discipline and respect players, officials, and fellow audience members.
- Any unruly behavior, abuse, or disruption may lead to removal from the venue.
- Alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited items are not allowed inside the tournament premises.
4. Awards & Recognition
- Trophies, medals, and titles such as Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Man of the Series, and Emerging Player are awarded based on performance and official statistics.
- Decisions regarding awards are made by the organizing committee and are final.
5. Media & Promotion
- By participating, players and spectators agree that photos, videos, and other media captured during the tournament may be used for promotional purposes by the Mini IPL Chembarasanapalli committee.
- Unauthorized live streaming or commercial use of event footage without permission is prohibited.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tournament.
- Players and attendees participate at their own risk and are expected to follow safety guidelines.
7. Amendments
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, or guidelines as needed.
- Updates will be communicated through official announcements.
